My nitrate problems in my saltwater tank are through the roof (20 ppm)! I know that the most efficient way to remove nitrates is by water changes. My questions are
1.) 10% or 25%? and Weekly or Bi Weekly? Or More? Less?

2.) Is there anykind of nitrate removers that you can recomend? I swear by a lot of products but I can't find any nitrate removers at my store. Resin or pad, it doesn't matter. Just something to help drop it quicker.

I always say 25% weekly water changes no matter what (unless you need more). Try that out and see if they drop if not do 25% changes twice a week until the nitrates drop. I wouldn't recommend any products, just keep it natural.

I agree, in saltwater there are many products that claim to remove nitrates, but I have never found one to work like waterchanges.
You need to figure out why you are having nitrates first then find a solution to keep it from getting high in the first place.
How big is your tank? What are you using for filtration? How much livestock?
How much are you feeding? What type of water are you using?
