WTB 6 foot tank-Upstate NY area

Looking to buy a new or used six foot tank between now and end of summer.

I would like a complete setup but would look at just tank and stand with cover.

I would also consider a combination cash/trade and include one of my new 75 gallon tanks ( 90 days new ) and some cash for your long tank.

I am located in the Watertown ny area and have a full size truck for transport.

You should check out craigslist if you haven't already, sometimes you can find some steals.

Wow, thank you so much.

I was very lucky and am getting : 4,000 dollar, 4 yr old 7 foot 265 gallon tank. It is arriving on sat. YEAH. I cant hardly wait till it gets here. I ended up working a deal, i got his : 7 foot tank, stand, glass tops , lights with extra bulbs, 4 large cannister filters, 1 tetratec 350, and 60 gallon sump. He is getting my 75 gallon, 72 bow, 70 tall, 30 and 10 . Plus my haps,peacocks, mbuna for his breeding program he is starting (thats why he is selling it). I will be keeping a couple of my favorite haps, like red empress and blue dolphins and all the fronts. One or two others as well.
Here is a pic of the tank : 84 x 24 x 30 tall.


The oscars in the pic are 9 and 10 inches and some of the other fish are well ver a foot long, one of the fish is almost 16 inches, the white one on the left i think. HUGE tank. I will go from 6 tanks to just 2 , but what tanks they are gonna be . LOL.

wow i am extremely jealous i will be upgradeing for a 55 to a 125 once i redo my basement. but a 265 that is awesome. are you paying 4000 or getting it? thats even better lol. what are you gonna do with only 2 tanks? go through witdraw lol, seperation anxiety? or just be overwhelmed with your new toy that you just dont care lol well good luck keep us posted

yeah, withdrawl lol. All ready looking at buying more fish and new hospital tank. I can tell myself that is not honestly a extra tank LOL, even if i decorate it and keep a fish in it so it is cycled all the time ready to go its still a hospital tank. Hee hee.
