Hi guys:
I've got quite a few Kenyi/Auratus fry for which I'm looking to find good homes in the next month or so. I am offering them completely free, however I will not ship them (I just don't want to get into the hassle/costs involved). I live in Owego, NY - so if you'd be interested in having some, PM me here or email me at
ldorrington@earthlink.net. I don't really have any LFS that buy fish, so if you could make money on selling them yourselves, feel free to do so. I just want to find good homes for them *somewhere*. (Course, if you are able to sell them and feel like sharing a wee bit of profit with me, I wouldn't complain

)
I can't promise gender at this point, as the males typically don't color out that early (and many end up hiding in female form for a very long time) and I'm looking to find them homes earlier than it would take time to gender. (I only have 2 10G Fry tanks and really don't have anymore physical room in my living room for another "grow-out tank")
I can offer a lot of advice and positive feedback on housing these two species together in one tank, especially as just a Kenyi/Auratus only tank (i.e. not mixing them w/other Mbuna). Since both are rather "aggressive" Malawi Mbuna, I have kept a successful and breeding tank with the only occasional chasing - which is not common at all.
Some fish pictures if you'd like to see the parents/fry/etc:

And from there - you can view all my other photos and they have captions telling what they are.
I may at some point have Saulosi fry as well, but they're new to my tank (don't even have pictures of ones I added yesterday), so for now, it's only Kenyi and Auratus fry I am offering up - again, free!
