Sorry Orb. I checked them out and their feedback is 97.3. Although they do not have a very good rating I read through and sure enough most of the complaints were about slow ship. One never received the item but money was refunded. I don't know about you but I always check their feedback and how long they have been selling under that name. I know you are very disappointed but you'll get there. Maybe we should stick this thread up with the "buy online" thread. You have certainly had your more than fair share of foul ups. Sorry, hang in there though it will be worth it.
